I portray the average American soldier in Vietnam in order to honor the sacrifices made by the men who served in Vietnam from 1965-1972. I also use the hobby as a chance to debunk some of the misnomers that have since arisen about American conduct and involvement in Vietnam. Finally I choose to portray the American soldier in Vietnam to help educate the public, in order that more and more Americans may reach some understanding of what these true heroes endured in Vietnam.
