The Following pictures were taken at the
"Nam 68" generic tactical event in Newville, Pennsylvania at the Great
War Assn. site

Privates Buxton and Carper prepare a makeshift bunker to allow for a better
field of fire protecting the CP
At this event, 1/4 Cav. fielded the largest single unit. As a result, the unit
was given the most responsibility in the field, going on several patrols and
being tasked with guarding a significant portion of the firebase perimeter. The
entire unit pulled together to meet the challenge.



Facing weapon problems, Cpl Prestianni takes a backseat to the action to oil his
M16. Cpl Whitney has resorted to his S&W .38sp and Private Carper covers the
group with his M16





Few friendships compare to the ones made
in the field. Cpl's Prestianni and Whitney
have been reenacting together since 2001.
